Website Use

You may use this website for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or misleading information, or use the website in a way that could harm Inspirations Hair Design or others.

Inquiry and Appointment Requests

Submitting an inquiry or appointment-request form does not create an appointment or guarantee availability. Inspirations Hair Design or the requested stylist will respond when available to discuss services, scheduling, and pricing. Please contact the salon directly for time-sensitive requests.

SMS Communications for Internal Staff Alerts

Inspirations Hair Design uses a low-volume SMS notification program only for authorized salon team members who have separately and voluntarily opted in to receive internal website-lead alerts. Website visitors and clients are not enrolled in this program and do not receive SMS messages through it.

When a visitor submits a stylist inquiry form, the assigned stylist may receive an operational alert containing the visitor’s submitted contact information and requested service. Message frequency varies based on website inquiries and is typically low volume. Message and data rates may apply.

Authorized team members may reply STOP to opt out of SMS notifications at any time and reply HELP for help. They may also contact Inspirations Hair Design at book@inspirationshairdesign.com. Consent to receive internal SMS alerts is voluntary; team members who do not opt in may receive lead alerts by email instead.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not sold, rented, shared, or used for third-party or affiliate marketing.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, the website’s content, design, text, images, logos, and other materials belong to Inspirations Hair Design or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
